Ashland SWCD is currently accepting applications for two intership positions for summer 2026: a water quality intern that will focus on agricultural best management practices, water quality testing and floodplain determinations and a natural resources intern that will work with our natural resources specialist at our Hazel Willis Woods facility and help with educational outreach programs and woods maintenance. Each position will be a 3-month paid internship for 30 hours/week

Interns will receive 3 paid holidays throughout the summer as well as earn sick leave, flex time, and Ohio Public Employees Retirement benefits. The district will pay for additional training specific to job description requirements. These positions is not eligible for health insurance benefits.

Wage: $15/hour
